Title

Audiologists and Speech Pathologists - As enacted, clarifies the emergency medical backup requirement for speech language pathologists using endoscopes so that the procedure may be performed when a physician is on the premises or is remotely available regardless of whether the procedure is performed in a community or institutional setting. - Amends TCA Title 63, Chapter 17, Part 1.
